Cadalus Financial Plan - Stage 0

Financial plan for the first stage of Cadalus, including one-time and recurring expenses, and income projections.

Cadalus Financial Plan - Stage 1

Following the preparation step 0, this is where the actual work starts: Initial prototypes, design sprints with the AEC community. It's here where the 2D floorplan editor gets created, knowing it'll be the foundation for features to come.

Cadalus Financial Plan - Stage 2

This configuration marks a fully featured team. In principle, development in this configuration could carry on indefinitely and build Stage 2-5s of Cadalus, eventually. The salary also now vaguely industry-compatible.

Cadalus Financial Plan - Stage 3-4

This configuration allows for a more rapid development towards a BIM. The jobs are now much more specialized (eg, the product owner would no longer routinely act as QA and community manager). Additionally, with a few industry sponsors, the individual membership rates can be drastically reduced.
